    Like a month or two ago there was the mentality of "Well eventually we will re-open but we can always adjust based on how the numbers look" and now we're in the "oh....I didn't mean we'd really adjust" denial phase.

    It's slowly getting better. Last night was the first night after that incident in which I could actually sleep properly. @Catseye3 's suggestion with the cooling was helpful.

In this above case, it does seem like the law was followed, she served time in jail and her sentence was legally commuted. If she has been living a good life since 2001, great. Good grief!!!
